So much has happened!

Well where do I begin. The last time I wrote in the blog I was living in Fort Lauderdale during Covid. We were on lock down and I was bored as hell. Well I am sorry that I haven't written in so long.

Well spouts of depression and anxiety that plagued me, it took its toll on me.

Well during Covid I lost my job after 6 yrs with my company, without as a little as a thank you for your service. Till this day 8/11/22 they still haven't said goodbye lol. So I spent a year on unemployment the longest ever in my life. But during that time with the money the government was given I saved all of it that I could and redid my apartment on a strict budget. I did find an at home job that paid the same I was making at previous job and took it. I didnt want to go back to sitting in a cubicle again, so I grabbed it! However after starting my new job and my decorating remodel my landlord died. So I knew what that meant. His family was selling the building. So that left me packing and trying to find a place to call home. Well after a year of trying to buy my own place then back to trying to find a place to rent that was affordable and not in a shoebox I realized that I really didnt want to live in Fort Lauderdale anymore. It just wasn't me. Don't get me wrong I loved what I experienced and the people I met but I just never fit in. I wasn't a bar or beach person and lets face it they dont call it Fort Liqourdale because of the shopping. So I decided since Covid hit, Jaclyn wasn't no longer heading out to the bars and that a whole year passed sitting in an apartment that it was time for me to move on to better things. My tarot cards all pointed to a new start, a new direction and most of all a new place to call home.

Well unfortunately prices even went higher, so I talked with mom and she convinced me to come back home for a while, just temporary till I could find that new place somewhere to call home. So I did, I moved back to ugh, Myrtle Beach, SC, again.

So this is where and what I have been doing in the last few months. I have decided to go out and do something different with the next phase of my life. So this year will be the last year of my Jack/ Lynn magazine and closing the chapter of my South Florida Adventure and hopefully heading out west for some new adventures. So stay tuned and hopefully it wont be this long of a wait again!
